Matt the plumber was awesome really worked hard to find the source of the water leak. The person on the phone not so good did not ask for current contact details and sent the first plumber to our old address. Still didn't check all details when she phoned back to get our current address. May need to update process.

I have been having ongoing issues with my hot water heat pump. Clyne & Bennie have been amazing. They contacted the Australian manufacturers, repeatedly, to solve the issue. Then when I needed an electrician to fix another issue with the same hot water heat pump they had someone out within the week. Now I have continuous hot water. I just wanted to say a big thank you.

Electrician came to swap out bathroom heat light/fan unit. What seemed pretty straight forward was a mammoth job due to the shape of the replacement unit I bought & where roof frames are located. Mad rush to Mitre 10 to find diff unit ( electrician took lunch while I did this) and then had to fit it which wasn’t simple. Excellent tidy job , place left clean and super happy with job. Highly recommend.

Had an issue with the hot water cylinder. Had a top bloke come out to us and fix it quick and efficiently. Pointed out exactly what he was doing and showed me all sorts of tips for the future. Scott and his boys did a great job on our eqc repairs. Friendly, helpful and always quick to respond. At the end of each day everything was so tidy and this was really appreciated as a small site with limited access. Would definitely recommend them for any drainage work.

I was really pleased to engage Clyne & Bennie in my renovation & repair jobs at my flat. My shower was leaking for such a long time, along came a brilliant shower installer & fixed the problem immediately! My kitchen tap was leaking too so along came the plumber, he capped off the tap & put a new tap in after we installed the new kitchen. We wanted to install a new hob, oven & hood & along came the electrician & completed all the wiring that needed to be done as well as replacing the squealing bathroom vent. Lol. Clyne & Bennie: one phone call & all those services were available to me for the myriad of jobs that needed doing. Brilliant. Thank you!!

After having an unfortunate misadventure of drilling a hole in the wall and straight through the hot water pipe at 8:30pm. Clyne and Bennie plumbing came to the rescue and patched the hole. I did find it slightly expensive, but I understand that’s what you have to pay for a call out fee. Very happy with the professional and timely service that I received.

I've had two experiences with C&B. The first in 2020 when they replaced my EQC drains over a 6wk period. I was really impressed with their professionalism and tidiness. And when some of my concrete fence posts got chipped and scratched during construction, they filled in all the exposed spots and repainted ALL my posts, not just the nicked ones, so they would be uniform. That really showed their commitment to doing the right thing, the right way.So when my water heater element broke in 2023, I was really glad it was C&B that responded to my message! I knew they'd do it right and for a fair price. 10/10 recommend.

We engaged Clyne and Bennie to replace our damaged drains under the EQC subsidy. A team worked on our property for about 5 days. At all times they were friendly and explained each step of the work. There was minimum inconvenience to us and the work area was left looking better than before. The new drains are working much faster than the old damaged ones. On the basis of this experience we would recommended Clyne and Bennie.

I highly recommend Scott and his team, such friendly, polite and helpful fellows who really impressed us while doing a large drain replacement in our yard. Super accommodating, always listened when we needed anything eg: access for wheelie bins, great at communicating what would happen next, very safety conscious and so very tidy, everything stacked neatly.
