The technician was very informative came and told me what he had done, and what to watch out for in the future. The safety certificate was emailed to me the next day, very happy with the job.

Great service, had a leak near my water cylinder and they had someone able to come round after 7pm within half an hour. He did a great job explaining how he was fixing the problem and was really nice and friendly the whole time. Would definitely recommend to others and call these guys again for any future issues.

Contacted Clyne & Bennie for a small non-urgent, but annoying, job. They were able to fit it in within 2 working days which was earlier than I expected. The plumber contacted me on the day of the work and checked address and job details. He gave me an estimated arrival time and arrived almost precisely at that time. He was friendly, professional and communicated his recommendation after he had assessed the job. The work was done quickly with minimal disruption. I was very impressed overall and would happily recommend and use Clyne & Bennie again.

Hi. Last Sunday, ANZAC weekend my hearing impaired elderly neighbour asked for my assistance. His unit was flooded. I called your company and Ross was on call. He explained about the call out fee, which I paid on behalf of my neighbour. Ross duly arrived assessed the problem - a valve near the hot water cylinder in the ceiling had burst, resulting in the flood throughout the unit. He replaced the valve, then helped me to arrange JAEs to come out and start the clean up. The next day, my neighbour was concerned as the over flow pipe had started dripping. Again I called, and Ross was able to attend. He arrived, and fixed that problem. Very impressed with the service from Ross. He was very kind and caring to my neighbour who was very distressed with the whole situation. Thank you. Julie.

Excellent level of service from Clyne and Bennie. I had an issue with my kitchen mixer tap - it had been installed incorrectly in a new build. The Clyne and Bennie plumber instantly diagnosed the problem, reorientated the tap, and used extra parts to anchor it properly. The plumber has 40+ years of experience. He was fantastic. The service is brilliant.

Very well presented, asked what was happening looked at the 2 option i thought immediately and new the problem, got the tools needed and was on the process within 7 minutes and explained what happens and why. We have over the last few months had several plumbing jobs done for us by Clyne and Benni and have nothing but praise for the excellent help of office staff and on the job plumbers and electrician.The staff are all excellent in their work and pleasant to converse with. Luke was a pleasure to have in our home. He arrived promptly and quickly identified the problem. He also addressed other problems we had with our hot water cylinder ie the temp was set incorrectly which we didn’t realise etc. After he completed the job he explained what he done. Your guys are always good value they are invariably on time and well presented. They know where to go first to start the investigative procedure, and they keep homeowners informed of what's happened maybe why it's happened and how it can be remedied. Excellent servicing of my older Jetmaster gas fire! The pilot light system was replaced and the fireplace now works efficiently. Cleaning up was superb. I was very impressed by the skill of the gas fitter.

Awesome service from Ross. A leaking water main underground left us and the neighbor without water late on a Saturday afternoon. After hours call out, Ross was there within 30mins, nice fella, easy to deal with and had it quickly sorted and water restored to both houses. Very streamlined process. I even had time to fill the hole back in before the wife got home.
