Leaky hot water cylinder 8pm Good Friday. Sean arrived at 9.30pm drained cylinder. Later, when new cylinder arrived he promptly installed, good communication, excellent job.

Phil was extremely helpful and we had a hilarious time cursing at the sweet little light fitting I had tried to install but required assistance with. It was so fiddly, but looks lovely installed. Thanks so much. 🙂 Then I got the bill. Hugely overpriced and I will never use this company again. I got charged for Phil flicking the fuse box switch and the DIY lampshade ended up costing around $350 to install. Pathetic.

Nice guy. Phoned before arriving, on time. Was told it would take all day. Had the job done in three hours. Remove the concrete tank, cleaned up the mess. Check water pressures at various taps. Knew what he was doing, very efficient. AAA+

Your guys are always good value they are invariably on time and well presented. They know where to go first to start the investigative procedure, and they keep homeowners informed of what's happened maybe why it's happened and how it can be remedied.
