Chris, the gasfitter rang ahead of the appointment to advise 15 mins away. He arrived on time and spent 2 hours doing a full service of my gas fire ( including replacement of door seals) and cleaning the " noisy" fan. I felt really included as he explained each thing he was doing to me .Chris had such a very friendly manner but was also professional in his work. Absolutely amazing!!! Can’t give enough stars!My front lawn was flooded. They came out but it wasn’t obvious where to dig. They arrange detection services who eventually worked out where the leak came from, but not where the pipes were. It is an old system and nothing made obvious sense. The plumber, however, managed to work out what was going on and fix the problem.A challenging problem and the answer was anything but obvious. The fix was behind the house even though the leak was in front. Well done to the team! I was kept well informed throughout

Have been using Clyne and Bennie for several things in the last year and they have been consistently excellent - the office staff are friendly and efficient and book things in quickly and let you know if there is a cancellation so you can get an earlier slot. Matt the plumber was awesome really worked hard to find the source of the water leak. The person on the phone not so good did not ask for current contact details and sent the first plumber to our old address. Still didn't check all details when she phoned back to get our current address. May need to update process.

I have been having ongoing issues with my hot water heat pump. Clyne & Bennie have been amazing. They contacted the Australian manufacturers, repeatedly, to solve the issue. Then when I needed an electrician to fix another issue with the same hot water heat pump they had someone out within the week. Now I have continuous hot water. I just wanted to say a big thank you.

Electrician came to swap out bathroom heat light/fan unit. What seemed pretty straight forward was a mammoth job due to the shape of the replacement unit I bought & where roof frames are located. Mad rush to Mitre 10 to find diff unit ( electrician took lunch while I did this) and then had to fit it which wasn’t simple. Excellent tidy job , place left clean and super happy with job. Highly recommend.

Had an issue with the hot water cylinder. Had a top bloke come out to us and fix it quick and efficiently. Pointed out exactly what he was doing and showed me all sorts of tips for the future. Had an awesome conversation with him yet he never wasted any time. Huge shout out to Shane, was an absolute pleasure.

Scott and his boys did a great job on our eqc repairs. Friendly, helpful and always quick to respond. At the end of each day everything was so tidy and this was really appreciated as a small site with limited access. Would definitely recommend them for any drainage work.
